Frank Williams, Attorney at Law
Frank has represented and obtained benefits for over 3,000 individuals since he started in 1993. He mentored with one of the most well-known social security attorneys in Missouri from 1993 to 1997. He moved to St. Louis to manage the social security department for Brown & Crouppen, P.C., one of the largest plaintiff’s firms in the Midwest, from 1997 through 2005. He opened the Disability Law Group, L.L.C. in 2005. Our firm currently represents about 500 to 600 clients per year.
Frank is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives and is admitted to practice in the following federal courts: Eastern District of Missouri; Western District of Missouri; Southern District of Illinois; Central District of Illinois; Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals; and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in October 1993.
Robert Ritter, Attorney at Law
Rob has practiced law since 1984 after graduating from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis. Historically his practice has focused on landlord-tenant law, family law, and collections. In recent years he has added to his practice the representation of social security disability and/or supplemental security income claimants. He currently represents hundreds of disability clients. He is a member of the Missouri Bar.
Julie R. Burkett, Attorney at Law
As an attorney, Julie has represented individuals and families throughout the state of Missouri since 2000. Julie has handled numerous automobile accident cases to successful completion and has worked tirelessly to uncover benefits from various sources for her injured clients. Julie also fights for the rights of Missouri consumers by defending debt collection actions and filing lawsuits against unfair debt collectors. In addition, Julie has successfully obtained disability benefits for disabled clients who are unable to work. We were lucky to recruit Julie to represent clients with DLG in 2010.
Julie is a life-long resident of the State of Missouri, receiving her Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude from the University of Missouri-St. Louis (1995) and her Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law (1999). Julie is admitted to practice law in the State of Missouri and in the Eastern District of Missouri (U.S. district court).
Julie is a member of the Missouri Bar, American Association for Justice (formerly ATLA), and National Association of Consumer Advocates. Julie volunteers for St. Louis Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts, St. Louis Christian Legal Aid, and as an avid hockey fan serves as a volunteer Board member for Mid-States Club Hockey Association, the local high school hockey league. Julie has participated as a speaker at continuing legal education (CLE) classes, where she has taught other attorneys about issues related to her areas of practice.
